Presenters:
Presented by Gina Stark of the Port of Bellingham
Gina is the Economic Development Project Manager for the Economic Development Division at the Port of Bellingham. Gina works with the Technology and Recreation sectors, as well as clean energy, opportunity zones, infrastructure, and workforce housing. She is also the Project Manager for the Whatcom Country Rural Broadband Initiative. Prior to working at the Port Gina spent 16 years working for the Washington State government. She has a B.A in Political Science from Western Washington University and a Master’s Degree from the Evans School of Public Policy at the University of Washington.
