Pivoting Consumer Preference for Locally Grown Food

When the COVID-19 pandemic is over and citizens return to a new normal, maybe that normal will include purchasing already boxed produce from trusted, local farmers sold through local grocers. Not only might people have access to fresher, local food, they will also be supporting their local farmers and contributing to the resilience of our food system.
