Closing the Loop: Regenerative Animal Agriculture and Meat

UW Nutritional Sciences and CHanGE (Center for Health and Global Environment) are co-hosting a Winter Seminar Series, Food Systems in the Age of Climate Change. On Tuesday, February 25th WSU Food Systems has been invited to co-host one of the seminars and will be moderating a WA Meat Up livestock producer panel discussing the carbon cycle, regenerative production practices, and the impacts of consumer meat purchasing choices. Featuring farmers David Haakensen of Jubilee Farm, Matthew Cox of Green Bow Farm, and Mericos Rhodes of Spoon Full Farm.
