This webinar series will focus on the fundamentals of produce safety for small and very small growers, to help growers improve produce safety and work towards compliance with the Food Safety Modernization Act Produce Safety Rule as their business grows. The second part of this series will focus on agricultural water quality and usage, post-harvest handling, and developing a food safety plan.
